X:\Windows\Scdata.ini 配置文件如下：
我用镜像浏览器提取了配置文件进行了修改放回原GHO文件内没有重新编译，在安装时出现如下问题，我分析了配置文件
难道是：
LockIE=On
LockOEM=Off
LockDiy=Off
LockText=提示:系统已被非法篡改，系统安装将无法继续！
经过测试，即使把LockIE锁定改成Off，再将配置文件 Scdata.ini 放回 Windows目录下，问题依旧，请问如何解决这个问题？
在不重新封装的前提下！
